Order can be cancelled before the order is dispatched. Normally Orders Are Prepared and Dispatched in 1 or 2 Days. Order Can be Cancelled Only if Its Not Dispatched.

Steps to cancel the order if the Order is not dispatched:

Order can be cancelled via our Whatsapp BOT – Type – Cancel My Order > Share the reason > Type Order id – Order will be cancelled if its not dispatched then.

Cancellation via Customer service – Pls text, mail or call L’Omaya customer service at the mentioned contact details

In case you are not able to cancel the order, this means the order is dispatched.

Return And Refunds

At L’Omaya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.  , we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 3 days of your order delivery.

L’Omaya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.  is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms –

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by L’Omaya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. 

No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
